From the misty cliffs of the Columbia River Gorge to the firefly-lit Great Smoky Mountains and the red rock canyons of ULUM Moab, this multi-day “adult summer camp” brought together readers, authors, and outdoor lovers for a story-filled escape. Guests explored nature trails, swapped books, crafted beaded bracelets and bookmarks, painted under the stars, bundled sage, roasted gourmet s’mores, and gathered fireside for author Q&As. Thoughtfully produced by Lindsey Chronert and the Mint Collective in partnership with Reese’s Book Club, Under Canvas, and Hyatt, each retreat merged the magic of storytelling with the beauty of the wild.
